Refund & Cancellation Policy

All products on RizwanGuidanceTV.com are digital (PDF e-books, notes and question banks) and are delivered instantly after payment. Please read the product description carefully before buying.

No returns on digital products

Because digital files cannot be returned once they have been delivered or downloaded, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

When refunds are given

We will review a refund request only in these cases:

• You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment).
• Money was deducted but you did not receive your download, and we could not deliver it within 48 hours.
• A technical problem from our side that we cannot fix.

Refunds are not given for change of mind, not reading the product description, or after the files have been downloaded.

How to request a refund

Contact us within 3 days of purchase on WhatsApp or by email with your name, the email used for the order, your Razorpay payment ID and the reason. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders for digital products cannot be cancelled once the download has been provided.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a payment dispute – almost every problem can be solved quickly.
